[Video] Vsnap vs the Competition

by Dave McLaughlin, CEO & Co-Founder at Vsnap

When I talk with enterprise executives, they often ask me how Vsnap relates to other video services they are already familiar with. I hear this enough that I thought I’d share a quick, down-and-dirty version for the folks reading our blog. As you’ll see, we’ve built and optimized our product to be different from every other web / mobile video service — because our intent is different. Where other services have optimized for broadcast distribution, or to help you hit awareness metrics, we have doubled down on making a vsnap feel more personal. Because our intent is to give you an easy tool to make your customers and prospects feel valued.

Why did we do this? Because we think that personal and emotional layer is what tends to go missing when you do business on the web. And because we saw the data in our customer pilots: when you do create that feeling for your customers, they respond to your call to action at super high rate. And they become your biggest advocates. After all, what do we do with our feelings? We share them with our social networks.

I’d love to know your thoughts and I’d love to help you think about how capture the benefit of this in your business. I’m dave at vsnap dot com. And I have a favor to ask: please share this post via Twitter and LinkedIn so that other businesspeople feel invited into this conversation. Thanks for that. It’s important!
