Vsnap Announces Expert Advisory Board

Last week, leading online education company Penn Foster announced that they had selected Vsnap to provide video messaging within their community of more than 150,000 students. Now Penn Foster President Joseph Gagnon has joined our newly created Advisory Board, along with two other highly regarded executives who will be providing structured guidance to the Vsnap team as we continue to push forward.
We are huge believers in learning as much as possible from our customers. This formalized role for Mr. Gagnon gives us a closed loop for feedback with a company and a community that is very important to us – and one that faces precisely the problem that Vsnap solves. Companies doing most or all of their business via the web run the risk of losing the personal connections with their customers. Penn Foster views this challenge as an opportunity to differentiate, and so do we.
The other two executives we recruited for our Advisory Board also represent key customer groups. Bill Harris is an enterprise sales expert giving us profound guidance in B2B software sales. And Dan Foley is President of Randstad Professionals, which is a major US division of the second-largest staffing company in the world.
